YOUTH WORKER

Do you have a passion to see young people come to faith and grow in their faith in Jesus? Are you passionate about seeing the church reach out into the community blessing the lives of young people, seeing them become Jesus' disciples? Then we'd love you to consider applying to become our Youth Worker.

This role is for someone who is can lead, enable and seek out new opportunities for young people to experience belonging and transformation in Jesus and in our local church. It will build on the thriving Kid's ministry for 0-Ils by pioneering new youth-focussed Sunday groups, exploring weekday opportunities and forming connections with local secondary schools; together with the staff team.

Lady Bay Church is a flourishing, growing church graft, with people from a number of churches planted into the local congregation in September 2021. Since then we have seen the church grow in depth and number and people come to faith in Christ. We are committed to be a church family that grows together as followers of Jesus and to be a generous and courageous presence at the heart of Lady Bay and beyond.

35 hours per week (including Sunday, with two non-working days) / £26,250 / Fixed Term contract - 3 years.
