Our vision as a church community is to be a generous presence in the community of Lady Bay and beyond. We want to be a family where everyone plays their part, spending time in the presence of God together, being courageous going deeper with God and eachother, and overflowing with the generosity of God.

As an intern you will join the staff team of Lady Bay Church and have the opportunity to serve across different areas of the church’s life. You’ll receive teaching and input from the team at Lady Bay and the TABLE Family of churches. The most important thing we can offer is space for God to meet you and support you as you respond.

At Lady Bay, we partner as a placement church with the Diocesan Apprentice Track. Your application will be to their internship scheme (see below), meaning you’ll also be part of monthly gatherings, small group meet-ups, and adopting daily rhythms, alongside a community of young adults committed to taking the next step in their discipleship.
